ORDER STATUS
If you have placed an order, you would have received a WhatsApp or text message with your order summary and your order status.
Here is a breakdown of the different stages of your order and payment status:
-ORDER STATUS:
Pending: a pending order status means your order has been placed but not yet reviewed by us.
Confirmed: means your order has been reviewed by us and is now being processed for delivery or pick up.
Completed: a completed status means your order has been packed, shipped, delivered and paid for.
-PAYMENT STATUS:
Unpaid: means you have not yet paid for your order.
Confirming Payment: means you may have paid via bank transfer or store credit but it has not yet been received or verified by us.
Partially Paid: you may see this payment status if you have made a down payment or paid using Store Credit but the amount has not fully covered your bill.
Paid: Your order has been paid for.
Refunded: Your payment has been sent back to you.
-FULFILLMENT STATUS:
Unfulfilled: means your order has not yet been packed or shipped.
Ready: means your order is packed and ready to be delivered to your requested location on the date and time you selected.
Out for delivery: means your order is on its way to you via our in-house courier.
Fulfilled: means your order has been delivered.
Please note that a fulfilled status does not mean your order has been paid for.
